-370 On December 13, 1984 Diesel Generator (D/G) lA experienced 3 invalid failures following maintenance, apparently as a result of improper reassembly following maintenance. The investigation of this event is as yet incomplete. A complete report on the Diesel Generator failure will be submitted by February 14, 1985.
