Proposed Changes to Section 7 of the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications
Dear Mr. Johnson:
This letter proposes changes to the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications to update Section 7 for recent organizational changes.
These changes are purely administrative in nature. A check for $150 is enclosed for fee payment. A "Significant Hazards Considerations" analysis is attached.
