COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION (CPSES) DOCKET N05. 50 445 AND 50 446 TRANSMITTAL OF THE CPSES PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN REVISION 26 REF: TU Electric letter logged TXX 95049, from C. L. Terry to NRC dated February 24, 1995 Gentlemen: In accordance with 10CFR50.4 enclosed are four (4) copies of the CPSES Physical Security Plan Revision 26 (copy numbers: 13, 14, 15 and 16). Included with each plan is a " Summary of Changes" which lists the changes incorporated in Revision 26. An evaluation conducted per 10CFR50.54(p), determined that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the security program. The enclosure to this letter contains SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION as defined in 10CFR73.21: consequently, the enclosure should not be placed in the Public Document
