Dear Ms. Bennington:

l I enjoyed speaking with you this morning about routing issues of concern to the NRC. As promised, I have enclosed copies of two recent reports completed by Planning Information Corporation on spent nuclear fuel transportation issues: one for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Plant in New Jersey and one for the Brunswick Nuclear Plant in North Carolina. These reports illustrate the database concept we are exploring with agencies concerned with routing, emergency management and other issues related to the transportation of radioactive materials.

If you have questions concerning this concept. with the specific information presented in the reports, or with routing issues in general, please give me a call.

Sincerely, j
