Catawba Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-413 and 50-414 Physical Security Plan, Revision 31 i
As required by 10 CFR 50.54(p), enclosed are four copies of Revision 31 to the Catawba Nuclear Station Physical Security Plan.
Revision 31 includes a description of the protection afforded alarm sensors and transmission lines and various other changes.
The enclosed Synopsis of Changes details the specific text changes.
These changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Catawba Security Plan.
In addition, Revision 31 is a complete Plan submittal that uses a different type style.
The enclosed Explanation of Complete Plan Submittal addresses the type style change.
Since Revision 31 details features of the Catawba Nuclear Station security system, I request that Revision 31 be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21 very truly yours,
