Paterson TELEPHONE 414-755-2321, Extension 361 After completing a 55-day refueling and maintenance outage on June 5, 1992, Unit i resumed full-power operation to average a daily power level of 358 MWe not for the month.

During this period, three Licensee Event Reports were submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73:

1.

LER 92-004-00, Improper Sequencing of Emergency Safety Features 2.

LER 92-005-00, Excessive Cool-Down Transient 3.

LER 92-006-00, Failure of Main Steam Isolation Valve 1MS-2018 to Fully shut During-Performance of IT-280 Safety-related maintenance included the following:

1.

Replaced boric acid tank bubblers inlet check valve.

2.

Removed, inspected, and reinstalled electric auxiliary feedwater pump mini recirculation orifice elbow fitting (leads to a digital flow meter).

3.

Adjusted contacts of train A boric acid tank switch-over logic relay.

4.

Inspected, reworr.ed,-and retorqued-packing glands and stuffing bcxes on the-main steam isolation valves.

5.

Field wiring connectors were found to be reversed at the Jo-Bell lower reactor coolant pump oil sump high:

alarm.

Leads were normalized and marked-to help prevent future occurrences.
