Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("the Commission"), Omaha Public Power District, holder uf facility Operating License No. 09R-40, herewith requests that Technical Specification 2.7 be amended to revise the reporting requirements, upon loss of 161kV from calling the NRC Region IV to calling the NRC O to cla,rify what type of written report will be submitted. perations Cor.ter and The proposed changes in Technical Specifications are mcussed in the attachment to this Application.
This attachment also demont; rates that the proposed changes do not involve Significant Hazaros Considerations. The proposed changes do not authorize any change in the types or any increase in the amounts of effluents or any change in the authorized powar level of the facility.
