Quad Cities Unit 1 Core Spray Flaw Evaluation Report No. SL - 5060, Revision 0, dated hiarch 28,1996 Comed's report on identified flaws in the core spray piping of Quad Cities, Unit 1 is provided. Reference no. I provides core spray piping inspection results along with a detailed assessment and summary of the calculations and evaluations performed as part of the flaw evaluations.
