(ER). As required, enclosed are forty-one (4!) copies.
This amer dment provides ER changes including updated information included in our comment letter on the Draft Environmental Statement (Reference 2) and miscellaneous revisions to the ER. The package includes insertion instructions and an effective page listing which identifies revised pages.
