i in accordance with the provisions of Reference 1, the Nebraska Public Power District (District) i hereby submits the Inservice inspection Summary Report for the Fall 1995 refueling outage at Cooper Nuclear Station. This report includes the Owner's Report for Inservice Inspections and the Owner's Report for Repairs and Replacements.
This report documents the completion of the inspections and tests required by the ASME Code and the CNS Inservice Inspection Program for the Second Ten-Year Interval. This report also completes the corrective actions cited in Reference 2.
