J. L. Schrage letter to U. S. NRC, dated September 20,1995 (Comed submittal for TSUP Section 6.0 for Quad Cities)

The purpose of this letter is to provide a complete version of the TSUP pages that reflect the current configuration of Quad Cities Station and to specify surveillance requirements that will not be current upon implementation of the TSUP project. The attached 1: sting reflects all previously approved sections for the TSUP project and includes any additional changes identified in the referenced letters.

Each previous change to the TSUP pages, up to an including the referenced submittals, has received both on-site and of'-site review, in accordance with station procedures. In addition, Quad Cities has performed additional, supplemental redews of the TSUP pages to determine their adequacy and accuracy. Therefore, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the information contained therein is true and correct. Such information has been reviewed in accordance with Company practice and I believe it to be reliable.

Comed also requests that implementation of the surveillances listed in Attachment B be delayed until the next refuel outage for each unit. These surveillances are new for Quad Cities Station and require the reactor to be in a shutdown condition to perform.
