I VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT 1 STEAM GENERATOR TUBE PLUGGING REPORT North Anna Urit 1 recently completed its 1996 refueling outage. During the outage, i
eddy current examinations were conducted for fifty percent of the tubes in steam generator "B."
In addition, nine percent of the tubes in steam generator "B" were
-examined at the top of the tubesheet on the hot leg with rotating pancake coil probus.
Technical Specification 4.4.5.5.a, requires a listing of those tubes plugged during the outage to be provided within 15 days of completion. However, no tubes were plugged as a result of these examinations.
