DOCKET 50-301 ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION OF FEEDWATER REGULATING BYPASS VALVES POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 2 On November 14, 1984, we sent a letter to you informing you of the delay in upgrading 2-SV481, a control valve on the feedwater regulating bypass valve, to meet the environmental qualification requirements of 10 CFR 50.49.
An amplifying letter.
dated December 4 was also sent discussing the delay in the work.
This letter is to inform you that the replacement of 2-SV481 with an environmentally qualified valve has now been completed.
This valve and the associated electrical interface componente are now in full compliance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.49.
