This letter completes our response to the rule contained in 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E Section VI, which establishes the Emergency Response Data System. In our initial response letter AEP:NRC: 1163 3 uated October 28, 1991, we stated that our specific Data Point Library would be provided prior to July 1992. .ttachment 1 to this submitta' provides the Data Point Library for Cook Nuclear Plant.

It should be noted that the radiation 1cvel of the RCS letdown line and the steam generator steam line are the only process parameters that are not included in the Data Point Library. These data are not available via the Cook Nuclear Plant radiation monitoring system.
