During a telephone call of this date, Judge Bloch concurred with Applicants' schedule of prov.iding on January 11, 1985, their response to
" CASE's Answer to Applicants' Motion for Sumary Disposition of Certain CASE Allegations Regarding AWS and ASME Code Provisions Related to Design Issues." Applicants have contacted all parties and they do not object to the schedule. Judge Bloch requested that Applicants memorialize this dis-cussion in a letter.
