" SAFETY EVALUATION OF CORE-MELT ACCIDENTS: CESSAR-FDA; WESTINGHOUSESTANDARDPLANT-FDA"(FINA3705)
The enclosed NRC Fonn 173, Standard Order for DOE Work, is hereby submitted in accordance with Section III.B.2 of the DOE /NRC Memorandum of Understand-ing, dated February 24, 1978.
We have reviewed the BNL proposal for this project, dated Marchh7,1983, and find it acceptable. The enclosed order preitdes funding authorization in the amount of $50,000 to begin preliminary work on Task I through IV in accordance with the BNL proposal. The balance of the funds for completion of the project will be provided incrementally at a later date.
