Gentlemen:
North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (North Atlantic) has enclosed a copy of the Inservice Inspection Examination Report for inspections conducted during the second inspection period of the first ten year inspection interval at Seabrook Station. These inspections were conducted during the fourth refueling outage which concluded on December 11,1995.
The enclosed report is submitted in compliance with ASME Section XI and includes the required Form NIS-1. A copy of this letter and th: enclosed report are also being submitted to the State of New 11ampshire.
