This summary description is being submitted to reflect our as-built Vehicle Barrier System (VBS) design as compared to our original VBS design plans discussed in our February 1,1995, letter.
VBS design changes were required due to construction difficulties encountered, site aesthetics with barrier choice, and other project enhancements developed since our original submittal.
GPUN can confirm that the vehicle control measures in place meet the design goals and criteria specified by the Commission. No exemptions or alternate measures to meet the design goals and criteria are being requested. Also, no additional damage control j
actions need to be taken and no additional security measures need to be taken to protect Oyster Creek against this design basis threat or two times the design basis explosion.
