Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Cycle 10 Startup Report In accordance with Oyster Creek Technical Specification 6.9.1.a, attached is the startup report for Cycle 10 operation. The report discusses the startup test program for the Cycle 10 core in which General Electric P8x8R fuel assemblies have been installed for the first time.
