Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Environmental Qualification of Equipment Important to Safety This letter is to reiterate and clarify previous submittals to the Staff, as well as discussion with the Staff on March 26, 1985, regarding the Oyster Creek Environmental Qualification schedular extension request for certain electrical components. Our recent letters dated February 22, 1985, March 15, 1985, and March 27, 1985, do not constitute schedular extension requests beyond November 30, 1985. GPUN will notify the Commission of any significant equipment qualification schedular problems that may require completion dates beyond November 30, 1985 as soon as such complete facts are in our possession. At that time, we would seek schedular relief from the Commission or would not operate the plant beyond November 30, 1985, until qualification was complete or the schedular exemption granted.
