Monthly Operating Status Report for January 1996 and Correction to December 1995 Report, Docket No. 50-298. Gentlemen: Enclosed for your information and use is the Cooper Nuclear Station Monthly Operating Status Report for January 1996. The report includes Operating Status, Average Daily Unit Power Level, Unit Shutdown Data and a Narrative Summary of Operating Experience for the month of January. Also enclosed is a corrected page for the Monthly Operating Status Report for December 1995. In the Operating Data Report, the cumulative hours in the reporting period was improperly calculated. This in turn affected the calculation of the cumulative Unit Service Factor, cumulative Unit Availability Factor, cumulative Unit Capacity Factor (Using MDC Net), and cumulative Unit Capacity Factor (Using DER Net).
