Dear Mr. Keppler:
. LThislietter provides additional clarification to our Reference (d) letter relative to NRC's understanding of our Reference (b) response 'in the area.of
' hot linewalk inspections. We would like to confirm'to the NRC that the hot linewalk inspections referred to in our Reference (d) response is Commonwealth Edison's Commitment to walk down all hot: lines (greater then 180*F). These-inspections are to. assure that sufficient clearance exists to allow
' ' flexibility and movement of hot lines without binding or interference.
Should you or your staff have any questions regarding this matter please contact this office.
