Please find enclosed the fourth quarter section of the annual report.for the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute reactor facility. Wis report, when attached to the previously submitted annual report for 1 Oct 83 to 30 Sept 84, will~

constitute a complete report for CY 1984. Enclosed are required copies of the

- SAR updated to Sept 1984. .%e sheet attached (to the SAR) summarizes SAR changes made under 10CFR50.59 and reviewed by the reactor safety committee,

- and changes made during the AFRRI relicensing action. Dese changes occurred as a result of errors in the original SAR, from interaction between NRC and AFRRI-during the 4-year relicensing period, and from administrative changes from 1981 to Sept 1984. De attached sheet is a list summarizing the changes made to the SAR.

We list refers .to each change by its page, as found in the new SAR dated Sept 1984. We contact for inform'ation on these reports is the- Reactor Facility .

!!he following summarizes those changes made in the enclosed copies of the AFRR1 SAR. Since many of' the changes are simply changes of names or. new function (adminstrative) diagrams, all such changes will be labeled administrative.
