Remittance of Operating License Application Review Fees
Dear Sir:
We received in Reference (b) invoices numbered E0121 and D0122 for the professional review time expended by the NRC through June 23, 1984 (May 31, 1984 for contractual support services) on Seabrook Units 1 and 2, respectively. The payment due date on these invoices was subsequently extended to February 26, 1985 [ Reference (c)]. We have enclosed a check for
$3,018,133.00 which represents our total liability as invoiced.
You indicated in your analysis of the comments submitted on the proposed changes to 10CFR170 that "a detailed statement of costs can be provided to an applicant / licensee upon request" (see 49FR21293 0 21300, dated May 21, 1984).
To complete our record in this matter we hereby request that itemized bills be provided to us.
