Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

In my February 15, 1984 letter to you supplementing the original response to Violation No. 413/83-40-01, it was stated that all additional corrective action would be complete by April 2,1984. Due to an underestimation of the amount of additional work required, all of the necessary corrective action has not been' accomplished. The remaining work will be completed by April 23, 1984.
