Enclosed are:

Three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of a revision to our previous Application for Amendment to our Operating License, dated November 14, 1984, to provide clarification of the minimum Mode 3 reactor coolant loop operating conditions and to specify requirements dependent upon the rod withdrawal capability of the rod control system.

2.

Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A and B which set forth the change in Technical Specifications and its safety evaluation.

This is a revision to a previous application for which a license fee was provided, therefore, we have determined that no additicnal license amendment application fee is required.
