Dear Mr. Johnson:
This letter forwards 20 copies of Report No. 1 - Shutdown Model, which is the first of four reports which will comprise our 10CFR50, Appendix R Fire Protection Evaluation.
This report and the next three are being submitted per the schedule included in reference 2.
TENERA Corporation has been selected by Public Service Company of Colorado to perform the evaluation and provide the qualified fire protection reviews.
Since the evaluation is on-going and will not be completed until February 17, 1985, certain information contained in Report No. 1 may require later changes or additional information.
Subsequent reports will include any applicable page changes to revise and update Report No. 1.
The next three reports will use Report No. I as a basis, therefore, any comments you have on Report No. I should be forwarded imediately.
