O. Schuyler forwarding a set of allegations for our action.
Your letter requested that we respond within 30 days after receipt, which occurred on August 30, 1984.
However, the PGandE people in a position to prepare responses to these allegations are engaged in a number of critical licensing and other activities involving the Diablo Canyon units, and, consequently, they are not available
