50-328 During field verification of the environmental qualification of electrical equipment for our Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, we determined on January 15, 1985 that additional components on unit 2, solenoid valves I
2-FSV-30-157A and 2-FSV-30-157B on the BB Auxiliary Building gas treatment system (ABGTS) suction and discharge dampers, were not qualified. The solenoid valves were replaced with qualified components on January 18, 1985 in accordance with technical specification 3 7.8.
We are providing this notification in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.49(h).
