84042.010, dated July 16, 1984 The above-referenced letter transmitted revision 0 to Cygna report No. TR-84042-01, Volumes 1 through 4, entitled " Independent Assessment Program of Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station (Phase 3)." Enclosed are the errata and revised pages associated with revision 1 to the report. These revisions incorporate comments from 1UGCO, Cygna and Gibbs & Hill relating to the appendices only.

This is a partial revision provided to aid the parties currently involved in reviewing the report.

Cygna is preparing to check the work performed by TUGC0 and Gibbs & Hill in response to open items a, c and d listed in section 5.4, pages 5-19, of revision 0 to the final report text. Upon completion of these follow-up reviews, revisions to the text, PFR-01, observation PI-09-01, and observation PS-02 will be issued. At that time, all comments on the text will be incorporated as well.

The enclosure, along with the requisite number of copies, is being transmitted to the parties listed on the attached distribution list.
