  1. 50-446,"DURING STARTUP TESTING ON JUNE 26, 1992, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT BORE CLEARANCE IN THE UNIT 2 TRAIN "A" DIESEL GENERATOR LUBE OIL PRESSURE REGULATING VALVES ARE LESS THAN REQUIRED, CAUSING THE VALVES TO STICK OPEN.

THE VALVE HOUSINGS WILL BE HONED TO PROPER DIMEdSION9 ONSITE IN ACCORDANCE WITH VENDOR'S INSTRUCTIONS. ROOT CAUSE AND PREVENTIVE ACTION WILL BE DETERMINED.
