Enclosed please find copies MCD-141-1 through MCD-141-4 of Revision 3 to the Turkey Point Plant Training and Qualification Plan.
By copy of thi; letter, we are forwarding copy number MCD-141-5 to the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Division of Licensing, Washington, D.
C., 20555.
This revision supersedes all portions of the conbined Turkey Point and St.
Lucie Plant Training and Qualification Plan, Revision 2, dated June 22, 1981, as it pertains to the Turkey Point Plant.
The material enclosed herewith contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended. Therefore, the enclosed material is exempt from public disclosure.
l This revision does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Training and Qualification Plan and, therefore, does not require NRC approval prior to implementation in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
