Dear Mr. Denton:
Attached are six copies of changes to be made to Page 19 of the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Revision 4, Physical Security Plan under 10 CFR 50.54(p) authorization. This submittal includes an additional requirement, not previously listed in my Octeber 22, 1984 letter to you.
Mr. Charles Gaskin, NRC Safeguards Reviewet, requested this additional commitment during a phone conversation on November 1, 1984 with Mr. John Rumsey, CPSES Security Supervisor. These changes will not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan.
TUGCo will ic.plement the changes immediately unless otherwise directed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
The enclosure to this letter is Safeguards Inforration ard should be handled in accordance wit h 10 CFR Parts 2, 50, 70, and 73, " Protection of Unclassified Safeguards Information, Final Rule," which became effective January 20, 1982.
Please treat this change as a docketed item and process accordingly. We will amend the referenced Plan following your response.
