Dear Mr. Vassallo:
This letter is written to confirm that the District agrees to the two day site visit as specified in Referenca 1.
In discussions with our Project Manager, the dates of December 4 and 5 have been agreed to.
It is also our understanding that the District will be given the opportunity to review the draft report prepared by Sandia as relates to CNS prior to its finalization.
It is the District's intention to have knowledgeable people from our engineering and operations organizatiors available to provide information; however, our Project Manager has been informed that some key people may not be available. We look forward to cooperating to the greatest extent possible given the circumstances'of~the outage and the other activities its progress.
