Please find enclosed a request for an extension of the Beaver Valley Unit 2 Cons truct ion Permit expiration date from December 31, 1984, to December 31, 1986, with de t ailed information which supports this request.
Also enclosed is a check in the amount of $1,200 payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in payment for a Class II (administrative) type review of our request for construction permit ext ens ion.
This fee is as prescribed in Section 170.22 of 10CFR170.
