Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Ref erence (A) and Interim Reports were transmitted by References (B) and (C). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by September 18, 1984 A Final Report has been submitted to APS f or review.
It is expected a Final Report will be transmitted to the NRC by October 16, 1984 There is no new inf ormation or change to the Interim Report at this time.
