Dear Ellyn This letter is to follow-up on our meeting last Friday, at which time we both agreed to provide additionol information to the other party, as specified in my letter to you dated September 26. Based on discussions with my potential witnesses and from the individual (s) who previously responded to UCS' in-terrogatories (first set), .I can represent the following to you:-

Interrogatory 2(a). The CV's in question are available in the discovery reading room at Shaw, Pittman's offices.

Interrogatory 2(c). The potential Licensee witnesses for the training remand unve informed me of the following informa-tion pertinent to their testimony in previous cases, aside from the TMI-1 restart proceeding:

1. Dr. Uhrig. Dr. Uhrig previously testified in an NRC proceeding in 1973 concerning the Florida Power & Light Company facility, St. Lucie, Unit 1. Dr. Uhrig believes it was the re-manded construction permit proceeding on environmental matters.

2. Dr. Gardner. Dr. Gardner testified in an NRC pro-ceeding in March, 1981 on behalf of Duke Power Company concern-ing the McGuire facility. The issue on which Dr. Gardner testified was the extent to which specific psychological vari-ables were taken into account in the training program.
3. Dr. Christensen. Dr. Christensen also testified in the McGuire proceeding referred to above, on the subject of human factors in relation to training. In -ddition, Dr. Christensen has testified in numerous products liability cases; however, when he mcved offices recently, Dr. Christensen did not keep his records on these cases.

Dr. Christensen is double-checking whether this information is available to him. Licensee will provide any additional infor-mation it receives from Dr. Christensen upon its receipt.

6. Dr. Coe. None.
7. Mr. Newton. None.
8. Mr. Leonard. None.
9. Mr. Ross. None.

Interrogatory 3(e). Licensee's response to UCS Interrogatory 3(e) does include any currently licensed TMI-l operator who failed a qualification exam since the TMI-2 acci-dent.

Interrogatory 5. The exam cover sheets identify the indi-vidual who prepared and the individual who graded the exam.

Interrogatory 13. Licensee has verified that its September 12 response to Interrogatory 13 is complete.
