Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and nineteen copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Nnendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56. This Application requests changes to the Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3 Technical Specifications to permit changes in the settings of certain Main Stream Line instrumentation to allow testing of hydrogen injection as a means of mitigating IGSCC.
