UCS' NOTICE OF DEPOSITIONS (GPU WITNESSES)

Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 2.740a(a), the Union of Concerned i: Scientists hereby gives notice of its intention to take depositions of the all persons whom General Public Utilities expects or intends to call as witnesses in this remanded proceeding. These depositions will be taken in an order to be determined later at the offices of UCS' attorneys, Harmon, Weiss,

& Jordan, 2001 S Street, N.W., Suite 430, Washington, D.C. The first deposition will begin at 10:

0 a.m. on Wednesday, October 24, 1984, and the depositions will continue thereafter until they are completed.

UCS also withdraws the notice of deposition of these individuals that it had previously filed with respect to these individuals.
