UCS' NOTICE OF DEPOSITIONS (STAFF WITNESSES)

Pursuant'to.10 C.F.R. S 2.720 (h) (2) { i) , the Union of Concerned Scientists hereby gives notice ~of its intention to take depositions of the all persons whom the NRC Staff expects or

. intends to call as witnesses in this remanded proceeding. These

' depositions will be taken in 'an order to be determined later at the-offices of UCS' attorneys , IIarmon , Weiss, & Jordan, 2001 S Street, N.W., Suite 430, Washington, D.C. The first depocition will-begin at 10:00 a.m. on. Friday, October 26, 1984, and the depositions will continue thereafter until-they are completed.

UCS also withdraws the notice of deposition of these individuals that it had previously filed with respect to these individuais.
