FG The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in b
Reference (A), an Interim Report was transmitted by Reference (B),
and Time Extensions were requested by References (C) and (D). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by September 12, 1984 l
A Final Report has been submitted to APS for review.
It is expected a Final Report will be transmitted to the NRC by October 24, 1984.
There is no new inf ormation or change to the Interim Report at this time.
