L The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in l Reference ( A), an Interim Report was transmitted by Ref erence (B),

l' and Time Extensions were requested by References (C) and (D). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available .by September 15, 1984.

l A Final Report has been submitted to APS f or review. It is expected a Final Report will be transmitted to the NRC by October 15, 1984.

l There is no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.
