Catawba Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-413 and 50-414 Training and Qualification Plan As required by 10 CFR 50.54(p), enclosed are four copies of Revision 16 to the Catawba Nuclear Station Training and Qualification Plan.
Revision 16 includes the new Physical Performance Test Program for security officers and several miscellaneous changes. The Physical Performance Test Program was
. effective April 1,
1992 and includes a validated physical test battery that replaces the previous job-related performance test.
The new physical test battery will be implemented for each applicable security of ficer on the individual's physical fitness requalification due dat.e.
In addition Revision 16 is a complete Plan submittal that uses a different type style. The enclosed Explanation of Complete Plan Submittal addresses the type style change.
The enclosed Synopsis of Changes detail the specific text changes.
These changes do not decrease the ef fectiveness of the Training and Qualification Plan.
