Dear Mr. Bishop:
We have received your letter dated August 28, 1984 to Mr.
J.
O.
Schuyler forwarding a set of allegations for our action.
Your letter requested that we respond within 30 days after receipt, which occurred on August 30, 1984.
However, the PGandE people in a position to prepare responses to these allegations are engaged l
in a number of critical licensing and other activities involving the Diablo Canyon units, and, consequently, they are not available at this time to work on the allegations.
Accordingly, we would like to have until October 30, 1984 within which to respond to your letter and the accompanying allegations.
