This letter confirms the infomation clarifying the reference 1
.and 2 responses provided in the reference 3 telecon.
The cooling tower failure speeds were determined by evaluation of the tower assuming steady winds over the entire tower.
The Weibull distribution parameters in the refe ence 2 response were estimated by fitting the 78 rph and 102 nph2P9.cs frq NUS-4507. 'Ihese corresond to frequency of 1x10 and 5x10 respectively.
