I would like to take this opportunity to introduce to you Mr. Frank A. Spangenberg III, Director - Nuclear Licensing.
Mr. Spangenberg assumed this position on September 13, 1984, and he will be on the staff of the Nuclear Station Engineering Department, Clinton Power Station (CPS) Project.
Mr. Spangenberg is responsible for maintaining the detailed day-to-day liaison with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for the Clinton Project. He comes to Illinois Power Company with considerable nuclear licensing experience and is available to assist you and your staff in all CPS licensing matters.
