Docket 50-305 Operating License DPR-43 Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant ISM Appendix B Revision 1 Enclosed you will find six (6) copies of Revision 1 to Appendix B of the Industrial Security Manual (ISM). Appendix B describes the interim security measures to be employed at the Kewaunee Nuclear Plant during the construction of the new materials warehouse annex.
In accordance with the arrangements made with Mr. Stapleton of your staff this submittal is transmitted after the 60 day oeadline imposed by 10 CFR 50.54(p) due to an administrative error.
WPSC has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effec-tiveness of the ISM and arc therefore submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The attachments to this letter contain Security Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21, and therefore shall not be placed in the public document rooms.
