Cperating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Emergency Plan, Revision 5 This letter transmits one copy of Revision 5 of the Three Mile Island, Unit I Emergency Plan. Revision bars have been placed in the right margin to identify changes. Private and proprietary information that should be withheld from public disclosure has been bracketed and is further identified in Attachment 1.
This revision contains the following substantive changes:
Description of the new emergency communications system installed in the TMI emergency response facilities and in offsite agencies' Emergency Operations Centers.
Description of the new location of the Emergency Operations Facility (EOF) and Environmental Assessment Command Center (EACC) outside of the Plum,o Exposure Pathway EPZ.
Restructuring of the training matrix for emergency response personnel.
J Consolidation and revision of Emergency Action Levels for Unusual Event, Alert, Site Emergency and General Emergency into a single table (Table 21)
