On July 17, 1984 we met along with representatives from our respective organizations to review your Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP) Report. First let me say on behalf of Niagara Mohawk we are appreciativeofthetImeandeffortsputforthbymembersoftheSALPBoardas chaired by Mr. Richard W. Starostecki in preparing the report. Second, I believe the exchange of comments and ideas by both organizations which took place at the meeting will prove to be mutually beneficial.
With regard to the findings of the report, we are in general agreement with your observations and conclusions. Many were in concert with our own self appraisal. Finally, let me assure you that Niagara Mohawk will react j
positively to the recommendations of your report and I expect overall improvement prior to our next evaluation.
