-Gentlemen:
Enclosed is an experience matrix for the Management Analysis Company team
-working on the assessment of Nine Mile Point Unit 2. This was requested by members of your staff when we met on June 14, 1984.
If there are changes to the team members, the chart will be suitably modified, and it will be main-tained in our files.
In response to two other subjects raised during the meeting:
1)
The possibility that a weak Quality Assurance organization is a con-tributing cause to construction deficiencies will be considered by the assessment team.. This was a part of the original planning.
2)-
There are no plans for reduced sampling during Phase 4 work. The original Management Analysis Company proposal included the possi-bility only as an example of the statistical flexibility the applied theory allows.
This provides a formal confirmation of statements made during the meet-ing.
If further information is required, please contact me. Meanwhile, as other information becomes available that is pertinent to subjects brought up during the meeting, they will be passed on to you.
